Hi folks, I am looking for a ww app that tracks and calculates points, a bit like MFP but for points? Is there a good one? The ones I'm seeing have mixed reviews re accuracy. I'm totally new to all of this ww stuff so need hand holding! Thanks.

Body changing good and bad...
Right so I'm happy because I'm getting fitter and losing some weight/gaining muscle. That's great it's what I want. The bad is that my waist is getting smaller but my hips aren't really budging. I've missed one day, but other than that I'm on day 6 of level 1 - have just moved from 3lb to 5lb weights and wonder when I should expect to see changes? Specifically, in my back. Upping my intake
