Upping my intake

Let's see how this works out! My intake is currently set between 1200 and 1370 to lose weight. Now some weeks I'm lightly active, some weeks I am very active. As I'm doing the 30 Day Shred every day plus other activity I am very active, I think.

So, I'm upping to between 1379 and 1618 which should create around a 500 calorie deficit. That's quite a lot of calories for me, so I'll see how it goes. I hope it doesn't make me gain weight, I wont be impressed!
