I'd like to incorporate protein shakes but don't know what flavours, makes etc. Phd ones are meant to be nice but expensive. Does anyone know of any current offers of testers?

Thanks!

I just incorporate the odd slimfast into my diet or the superdrug ones as they are cheaper

The only times I use slimfast or the Tesco equivalent is when I'm either poorly and need a sugar/vitamin boost, or if I'm having a blood test - again for the sugar lol. The sugar level is so high I wouldn't want them often.

I'm looking for actual whey protein samples :)

Phone PHD and ask them if they have a sample you can try. The belgian chocolate is delicious though :o)

SDC Nutrition's About Time Whey Protein Isolate comes in a Fill, Shake and Go plastic bottle. You just add water or milk. Very convenient single serving and you can just buy a flavor or two at a time until you see what you like. 31 grams of protein, 125 cals, 0 fat, 0 sugar, 0 carbs.
