Sugar
One of the items I am tracking on food is the sugar. But I am getting hammered. And it is mainly due to fruits. I am already way over my alloted sugar. If I cut out a banana and an orange, I would be ok. But then I would have to supplement those snack with something not as healthy and surely not natural.

My Calories Went Up
MFP changed the recommended calories by an increase of 110 calories. Did I hit a wrong button somewhere? All I have done is weigh in which showed a weight loss of 4.5 pounds. Why would my calorie needs go up????

Diary Ratios
MFP recomeded 1860 cals for me. But when I log food, at the bottom, it list the total calories and then carbs, fat, fiber..... What units are the carbs, fat, fiber, protein, sugar in? Because all of those numbers don't match up to the total calorie numbers.
