MFP recomeded 1860 cals for me. But when I log food, at the bottom, it list the total calories and then carbs, fat, fiber.....
What units are the carbs, fat, fiber, protein, sugar in? Because all of those numbers don't match up to the total calorie numbers.

The carbs, protein and fat are all in grams. And add up to the calories almost spot on.0

1g carbs = 4 kcal
1g protein = 4kcal
1g fat = 9kcal0
