More of a "re-introduction"

I found MFP about 10months ago. I went hard and fast on the diet and excercise. Started in May around 206 and August 24th was down to 171, just a few pounds short of getting into the 160's.
I quit posting, got lax about the food I was eating thinking "I will run it off tomorrow", drank plenty of beer (summer time in Texas) and ended up quitting running.
To top it all off, I quit my 25 year tobacco habit 46 days ago and have eaten everything I can get my hands on. So, here I am again, back up to 195, miserable and disgusted I let myself get like this again. I really miss the way I felt, the way I looked and the complements I got from everyone.
I AM BACK and am going to start kicking *kitten* again this afternoon!
! I need to work on a life plant to keep from falling into this cycle every year.
