gaining weight after two days of 30ds
Something is bad wrong! I have gained 2 lbs after 2 days of 30ds ! I started to fire up the video again just now and thought, well I'll weigh in first and bam! Anyone else experience this? DH noticed my 10 lb loss!
So, I'm standing in the bedroom changing clothes when DH walks in and tells me he can tell I"m "slimming up" ! He said he could see it in my waistline and that I was looking good! He always compliments me, but I could tell he was a little surprised :) Anyway, It made my day and I wanted to share!

strength training for beginners
Any suggestions for a good strength training/cardio video for beginners? I'm tired and the thought of moving around wears me out, but I HAVE to do something! Once I get moving, I know I will feel better...just need something to get me going :)

I know somewhere I have seen a chart that tells how much so many oz of this or that is the equivalent to ???? I just can't remember and I have a beef chuck roast in the crock pot cooking for dinner and I don't want to over eat on the meat, so I"m trying to guess-timate ....help :)

don't understand, but not complaining!
When I stepped on the scales Sunday am to get my starting weight it was 212 and weighing this morning just for curiosity reasons, I was down to 208. Can't imagine losing 4lbs I think some is water loss, but I'm happy and feeling better already:)
