When I stepped on the scales Sunday am to get my starting weight it was 212 and weighing this morning just for curiosity reasons, I was down to 208. Can't imagine losing 4lbs I think some is water loss, but I'm happy and feeling better already:)

I've found the weight comes off like this the first week...I think I lost 7 pounds that first week, LOL! Don't be discouraged when this isn't your normal loss in weeks to come. Good luck!0

What a fabulous beginning! Don't get discouraged if it doesn't happen every week. The first week I weighed in I lost 5 lbs and was thinking "wow, this is easy"! The next week I gained 3 lbs back. After great advice from my friends I started tracking my sodium and chugging water and amazingly in a few days that 3 lbs, plus 1 more came off. Then I hit the wall and didn't lose anything for a while. Again, following the great advice of my friends here, I started eating more. I was exercising like a fiend (6 days a week) and not even eating 1200 calories a day. I dropped back to 3-4 days a week at the gym (still doing light stuff at home the other days) and upped my calories significantly and didn't weigh for 3 weeks. At the end of that 3 weeks I'd lost 8 lbs. Definately don't starve yourself and start out the hard way like I did! Wishing you the best of luck and success on your journey! :flowerforyou:0
