positives or negatives today

Just thinking about the impacts on my journey today and thought it would be interesting to see what is encouraging you or standing in your way today?

Positive- I stepped on the scales and was down .6lbs (weigh in day is Saturday am) so i didn't log it!

Negative- It's my twin daughters b-day and they wanted ice-cream cakes for their b-day, so I'm phsycing myself up to eat very little

    Positive: I weighed in yesterday at 2.1 lbs down, and I also stayed 800 calories under my calorie goal yesterday (not the healthiest, but I just wasn't hungry all day)

    Positive: I've finally gotten over the mental stuff that's always kept me from succeeding in the past

    Positive: Drinking water has become my life :)


    No real negatives today...it's been a good week!

    Positives - I have tons of energy today, I think it's from my cardio class last night.

    Negatives - I'm going to an Italian place for dinner and the pasta is so yummy! I'll be getting grilled fish. :)

    Positive: I stepped on the scale and lost 1.5
    Negative: I grabbed my ipod for the gym but FORGOT the headphones.
    Negative: I'll have to go out at lunch and buy a cheapie pair
    Positive: I'll double my walking time since I parked three blocks away- so bonus, more exercise minutes to log.

    Double positive- I will still go to the gym no matter what!! :)

    Positive: I'm losing weight with every weigh in and sticking to the plan.

    Negative: My man AND my boss pissed me off today and I've smoked more cigarettes than I usually do! Still trying to cut back and hopefully quit soon! (Positive: I'm down from 10 cigs a day to about 5 a day!)

    Positive: I got a great night's sleep last night after hot yoga.

    Negative: I honestly can't think of one!

    Negatives: Didn't feel to great this morning, was prepared to sit it out on the sofa today until I thought you don't get any results sitting on your a@@!

    Positives:
    Felt so much better after my long morning walk with the dog!
    Tummy is starting to look a bit better!
    Managed to remain strong at family's house today when my 6 year old niece trying to stuff jaffa cakes into my mouth! but quite proud of myself that I managed not to eat any!

    Positive: I had a *really* boring and unproductive day at work, but managed to resist the urge to snack.

    Negative: Motivation to exercise was as low as I was bored, so didn't do my usual 3-4 km walk at lunchtime.


    Bonus positives: made some new MFPs today :)

    Negative: ( to get it out of the way first) Woke up late and didnt pack breakfast/lunch for work..boo

    Positive: Thankfully have fruit here for a snack, and ordered healthy sandwhich for lunch instead of running to Burger king or the like...

    Positive: I havent been obsessing over the scale this week, and I wont be looking until my official weight in sunday!

    Positive: Super excited about a party tonight with some members of the Toronto Blue Jays so I haven't sat still once today (must have burned 300+ calories fidgeting and jumping out of my seat at work!)

    Negative: Will be catered, so expecting to go over on calories

    Positive: Already exercised and looking forward to Zumba-ing the extra calories away after the party (luckily it's scheduled to end by 9pm)
