The bad day has turned into a bad week, into a bad fortnight. Please can I have some motivation?
I need to turn this around. This is go three at losing the weight. I am an emotional eater and my work is stressful. I've had a stressful few weeks. If it was as easy as just not eating, I never would have put the weight on. I can't let it creep back on again, so I'm writing now for some accountability. I am noticing now…

I feel so poorly :-( (sickness bug)
Boohoo! I haven't been sick now for nearly 12 hours and everything hurts, but the worst thing is, there is a part of me wanting to exercise. I've obviously become hooked. And is it bad to hope that the bug has helped in the weight loss in some way?! As a serious point, would you rest or get out? (In the middle of country,…

Sometimes it's just so slow-going!
I'm no way deterred, nor do I feel like quitting. It's time I AM achieving my goal. No excuses this time. But... I lost weight last year and put it back on (ate my way through work problems). I am so proud of myself this time, the weight is coming off, I'm on week 2 of Insanity max 30 and can feel my health improving. I've…

Anyone else get REALLY thirsty all of the time?
I do drink quite a lot anyway, but this last week my thirst has been nearly unquenchable. Could this be related to weight loss? I have been checked for diabetes several times due to excessive thirst and family history, but I've always checked out as normal. I'm drinking so much water, though and am still so thirsty!

Does anyone have any jawline success photos?
I've just seen a side on view of myself. Despite already having lost just under a stone, I'm shocked at the state I've let myself get into. (It almost feels like the more I lose the worse I look/ feel!) My jawline is particularly bad - it just slopes from chin to lower neck. I just hope it can sort itself out with…

Anyone come off the Cambridge diet? Help needed
I've been doing the Cambridge diet for a few weeks. I was having trouble with emotional eating and needed something that would help me not obsess about food. It has helped with kicking the sugar habit (for now) and with stopping me snacking between meals, but it feels wrong, I've lost weight and a happy with that, but…

My eating is out of control. Has anyone beaten this?
So, last year, I lost 10 kg it's creeping on again, yet I can't stop it. I mean like addiction can't stop it. I know I'm an emotional eater and I am eating to get through a bad time at work (I'm looking if or a new job). I also have very little time -I get to the point of being starving then binge. I lose weight on holiday…

Really intense flavours for snacks. How?
I'm falling back into some bad habits (eating through a bad time at work), I'm snacking on crisps again. What I've realised is that it's partly for the crunch, but mostly for the impact of the deep, intense flavour. Is there any way of replicating that do you think? A healthy dip? A spice mix?

Just noticed my ticker!
Last time I looked at it, it hadn't really moved, now it's half way there! :drinker:

Loosening up hips/ back exercises?
One of my reasons for losing weight was to rid myself of hip pains. Nearly 10 kg down and I have much less (almost no)pain. I am, however, still very stiff. After sitting for a while, on standing I am really stiff and do that limping thing for a few steps before loosening up. I am too young for that (35!). Can you suggest…

Help me back on the wagon (again...)
I can lose half a stone, then put some on again. It really is two steps forward, one step back. Overall I've lost a stone and have two to go. I genuinely thing I've got a sugar addiction. I can go cold turkey and not miss it, but as soon as I eat something sugary I lose control... Anyone else starting again?

I'm starving. What can I do with my last 66 calories?
Any Ideas greatly appreciated!

Really good salad recipes?
I love salads, but need some variety. I like lots of flavour and crunch. I don't have many calories in a day (overweight, but petite, so sticking to 1200) Thanks!
