Thank you. I am starting small again. I've removed the foods from the house I binge on (I was getting better at them being in the house). Going to plan meals again.

I drink a lot or Pepsi Max/ diet cola. It tends to be my 'go to' instead of chocolate. I tend to overeat when tired/ stressed, so it's good to have a 'treat' toast doesn't knock me off target. Don't know how bad it is in the long term, I normally only drink water/ tea.

Start your logging week on Friday. You know then what your defecit needs to be for the rest of the week. Work on a weekly defecit instead of a daily one. Make sure you meet you goal for the week.
