Help me back on the wagon (again...)

I can lose half a stone, then put some on again. It really is two steps forward, one step back. Overall I've lost a stone and have two to go. I genuinely thing I've got a sugar addiction. I can go cold turkey and not miss it, but as soon as I eat something sugary I lose control...

Anyone else starting again?

    Deprivation can lead to bingeing. Eat "good" (whatever that means to you) 80% of the time. Fit yummy, portion-controlled treats into your calorie goal.

    I started my journey with MFP on May 28th and at first I was doing well. But now I'm struggling. Struggling with the sugar monster wanting to take over, struggling with looking at the scale too many times.

    We just have to work thru the struggles and the sugar monsters.

    If we can't get it right today, then we have to work harder tomorrow.

    We can do this!
