The People Who Are Losing Weight On 1200 Calories?
i noticed on the main boards, a great number of people are losing 50-60 pounds in one year on 1200 calorie diet. now i would say that is quick weight loss. just curious as to whether they will gain weight just as quickly as they took it off? and also how are they still alive?

i have been researching and i looked up my TDEE and Bmr TDEE is 2612 bmr is 1636 i have been only eating at most 1510 calories a day and i exercise 60 to 90 minutes a day. am i starving myself? my weight loss has slowed dramatically how many calories should i really be eating

calorie goal is 1800, when i workout i usually burn around 400 calories. so i dont eat those extra 400 calories? i usually workout so that i can eat more lol, but according to the emwl guidelines im not supposed to eat it. i dont get it

lets just say u hit a plateau earlier in ur weight loss journey and decided to up ur calories to break it. It worked and started losing weight again. u went fro 1300 calories to 1500 calories while working out 90 minutes a day all of a sudden u hit another plateau but this time ur alot smaller and ur still eating 1500…
