Ladies, How Long Did it Take U To Lose 50 Pounds?

just curious. i stared my journey in july of 2011 and its now april 2012 and ive lost 32 pounds total.

please post ur daily calorie intake and how frequently u work out.

    I started my weight loss journey on November 1st, 2011. I started at 310 pounds and was at 260 pounds by Feb.20th
    I've lost an additional 29 pounds since then.
    Typically, I stay between 1100 and 1300 calories a day. In the beginning, I couldn't workout for longer than 15 minutes without feeling sick. I often went several days without exercising. Now, I work out 7 days a week, for at least an hour a day.
    I drink 10 glasses of water a day, which really helps.

    Four months, but I started at 323 so of course making serious changes dropped pounds fast at the start.

    I ate around 2000 cals (low carb) a day and did wii fit or Leslie Sansone videos for 30-60 minutes 5 days a week.

    i started at 211 and now im 178/179

    i just want to see if the last 29 pounds is achievable by july

    it took me 5 months, I started walking and added to my walk time mix that with watching the serving sizes and not eating white sugar or flour and it dropped off really quickly.........the last 50 really love me though :o) working hard on getting it to leave me........
