Need help getting more protein and fat
I'm trying to get the hang of this macro thing. I have 400 calories left for the day and I'm 85g below my protein goal, 25g below my fat goal and 50g over on carbs. Any food ideas for me?

Why do we gain weight as we age?
Is it just that our metabolism slows down? I used to be able to eat anything and I was a size 2/4 up until age 25. Now 10 years later I gain weight super easily and have gained like 25 pounds in that time. I'm at least as active now as I was then so I don't know what changed. I had kids but what else?

Help please! Syncing Fitbit?
Hello! My Fitbit syncs with MFP and shows my exercise, however the food I enter into my Fitbit app doesn't transfer over. Is it supposed to? I don't really feel like entering food into both. :/ Thanks :)

My son got the Charge for his birthday and it's pretty cool. I want to get one but debating between the Flex, Charge and ChargeHR. Is the HR worth the extra cost?

Lifting at home with dumbells?
Are there any good at-home lifting programs that use only dumbells? I have adjustable ones that go up to I think 40lbs. each. I do not have a weight bench or barbell. Thanks!! :)

Am I doing enough?
My schedule only allows me to work out 3 (or occasionally 4) times a week. I do a group exercise class that's 60 minutes long. About 40 minutes of that is cardio and the last 20 minutes are body weight exercises. Is this enough or would you add something? I'm a newbie if you can't tell. ;)

Do you count calories every day and make sure to stay at your goal each day? Or do you give yourself a day off where you don't worry about calories?

Fitbit accurate?
Does the regular plain old Fitbit (NOT the HR version) accurately measure calories burned? Since it's not monitoring you're heart rate, i guess it's just an estimate, but I'm curious how accurate that estimate is. I want to buy an HR but don't want to spend that much right now. Thanks! :)

How often do you weigh?
I've been weighing myself everyday morning and night. And my weight has fluctuated from day to day. It's really discouraging when I hop on at night and it's gone UP. *sigh* Maybe I should be weighing only once a week in the am? WDYT? Thanks. :)

Leslie Sansone with weights
Has anyone done the Leslie Sansone with 2 nor 3 pound hand weights? How many calories do you burn using the weights as opposed to doing the video with no weights? I just added 2 lb weights and I feel like I get a better workout, however I don't own a HRM, so I'm not sure how much I'm burning.

Is my deficit too low or too high? What's the deal?
My TDEE is 1922. I set my cals at 1538 (20% deficit). I exercise about 30 minutes a day, but I sometimes skip a day or two. I'm not a big exercise person. I'd say I'm lightly active.
