Am I doing enough?

My schedule only allows me to work out 3 (or occasionally 4) times a week. I do a group exercise class that's 60 minutes long. About 40 minutes of that is cardio and the last 20 minutes are body weight exercises.

Is this enough or would you add something? I'm a newbie if you can't tell. ;)

Enough for what? You have a bit of cardio for heart health, definitely enough. I'd add weight/resistance training.

Yes, that's enough. I lost 30 lbs by going 3x week for 60 minute group classes. Keep an eye on your diet moreso than fitness and you'll be good.

Just for general fitness/health and I'd like to lose 15 pounds. I'm also eating at a deficit. Thanks. :)

You may want to progressively add weights to help retain lean body mass. You can also modify bodyweight exercises (I.e., single-arm/leg) to up the resistance.
