So, if one day you have 300 calories left over at the end of the day, do you let yourself go over the next day?

    Nope, I treat each day as a new day.

    Me too....start again the next day - not eating those calories was a bonus :smile:

    I treat everyday as a new day as well.

    However, being under my calorie goal for a few days makes me feel okay about having a high calorie day - but only one! - once a week.

    I share everyone's sentiment, just don't make it a habit. A healthy mind and body still needs it's fuel :o]

    I try to stay within everyday. If I go over, I try to be better the next day. If I'm under, it's usually not by much so there's no sense in eating 12 extra calories the next day. I figure it balances out. :happy:
