Chalean Extreme equipment? Increasing weight?
I have adjustable dumbbells but the only weight options are 5lbs., 15lbs., and 20lbs. Will these work for the Chalean Extreme program? Are you supposed to incrementally increase the weight you are lifting in this program? Because if so, these weights may not work too well. Thanks :)

Ouch my knees!
So bummed. I bought a mini elliptical just to help me get some extra cardio in the evening while I watch my shows, but it hurts my knees. Has anyone else had this problem with an elliptical (full size or mini)?

Hello, So I have big calves that I hate. They are too big for my body. Question is this: which exercise(s) make them bigger? I want to make sure I'm avoiding those! Those cute little mini ellipticals
Has anyone used one? Which brand would you recommend? I'm thinking about getting one, not to use as my main form of exercise but just to get me moving more while at home and unable to get out for whatever reason. They seem a little silly though so I wanted to see if anyone here likes them.

Creating a deficit with exercise?
I've heard a million times that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise. But if it's all about CICO, if I eat exactly the same things I normally would, but create a 300 (or whatever) calorie deficit with exercise, how is that different from just eating 300 calories less while sitting on my *kitten*? Thoughts?

Exercise equipment at home?
My kids are going to be out of school very soon for summer, therefore I won't be able to hit the gym as often. Any recommendations for at home equipment that doesn't take up a lot of space? Today was day 2 of SL. I'm squatting 50lbs and OMG it's so much harder than I thought it would be. My trainer is having me do box squats for now. Are box squats supposed to be easier than regular squats?
I just started SL5x5 and the squats are harder than I thought so my trainer is having me do box squats instead. To me they seem just as hard or maybe even harder because I sit all the way down and then have to get back up from sitting! Thoughts?

How important are macros?
I always stick to my calorie goal without much trouble but I go over on carbs! I've noticed that when I consistently go over on the carbs my weight loss stalls. Is that just because carbs cause me to retain water or something? My carb goal is 150g. Is that pretty normal?
