Lifting program at home with Dumbbells?

I'm not going to get to the gym much this summer with my kids being home. I do have adjustable dumbbells. Any good, simple programs out there for using dumbbells at home?
Previously I was doing SL5x5 and that's the only lifting I've done.
Thanks

Fitnessblender.com - I swear by this site. You can tailor it to how much time you have to do your work out, the level of difficulty, what equipment you have on hand, etc.... It is amazing.0

This. I have been using this at home and seeing good progress. I am at a deload right now and working back up again and making sure to keep my form.0 -
All of the above and so many more if you search the Internet, free ones and many for a reasonable fee, most of people have shown me that were purchased for under $50 all look well worth it too.0

I mainly use dumbbells on my workouts & found it best to work two muscle groups a day. For example I do Monday: Chest & Back, Tuesday off, Wednesday Legs & shoulders, Thursday off, Friday triceps, biceps & sometimes core. Sat& Sun rest.
The rest day in between is great for your muscles to repair. When you get use to it have less rest days & twice a week. If you'd like exercises for the muscle groups just ask0 -

You could keep on doing the same exercises as SL 5 x 5 and supplement them with some body weight exercises like push-ups and chin-ups.

I second FitnessBlender. I love them and I'm about to go do an upper body workout!0

Body beast will get you results. I've been using a stability ball. I've seen results.0

Fitness Blender gets a third vote here. Easy to use, easy to understand and easy to keep up with. You get out of your workout what you put in. I use the PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells 5-50#s. They have extensions to 90#s and also a smaller set, I think, 3 to 24#s.0
