Ok, so, I have been working on sobriety. It will be 5 months in 2 weeks. Anyways, I have a weekend at the lake with some co-workers this weekend. First big outing I will have attended since starting. I found some low-cal beers, and some low-cal options w alcohol, but am also debating Non-Alcoholic brews. Any thoughts?…

I just had to share...I am currently 232 and on my way to 120. 8 pounds in to the journey. Anyways, I just got done on the elliptical and did 60 minutes! Burned 656 calories! I weigh in daily -- as I am obsessed with it. At times, though, it is hard as I know there are differences due to water weight, etc. Should I (and what are the benefits of) only weighing in once a week?

Question on P90X
Hi, Today is day 7. I did stretch X today. I need to burn more calories so my numbers on MFP match. Can I do another workout? Also, on the days that I have a workout -- can I do it twice for more benefit? Or is it best to only do one a day and do something else in the meantime?

Hi all, Frustrated. My base calorie (thing you can calculate on MFP for if you were to stay in bed all day and the calories you would need) is 1700-something. Does anyone use one? I just got mine yesterday and so far am just logging calories spent. I use here for calories consumed.
