Daily Log Goals
I log calories, fat, protein, sodium (I think), calcum, and fiber. Is there any deteriment in being in the red in those categories, as long as calories are green for the day? (Not huge amounts)

I am pretty good at reading labels. Looking at Act II Butter Popcorn Label. Serving size is 2 Tbsp unpopped (makes about 4.5 cups popped). There are 2.5 servings a bag. Wondering.....if I do a DVD (say 30 Day Shred) I burn about 200 calories in half an hour, but if I do elliptical at the gym for the same amount of time, I burn 377 (or so).
