Rash! Ugh

Hi all,
This may pertain more to ladies. I do not mean to be graphic and want help out of pain. If I wear a bra when I exercise, the sweat and the bra material combine on my body to form an excrutiatingly painful rash under my breasts. If it rubs it hurts. The same goes if I wear a sports bra or no bra. I need to find a way to lift and minimize rubbing. I have to sit with ice on it afterwards. Ugh. I have heard of a deodorant-type stick that is sold at a marathon equipment store, by where I live, that people use for legs rubbing when running. Could this product be used similarily? Thanks.
I don't have this exact problem, mine is on my thighs! But recently I've read in another persons thred that so many people recommend BodyGlide, it's for everywhere on the body! I don't have any stores near me that sell it so I checked on Amazon.com and it is less than $10, every one seems to love it and I think I might give it a try sometime too.0
