FAST LUNCH

Hi!
I like sandwiches and wraps and raw food for lunch. I mean fruits, veggies, salads -- not processed meats or frozen meals. I don't mind cooking (say chicken) the night before for easy use the next day. I am looking for quick, healthy lunch ideas I can pack on a daily basis. Anyone have suggestions or ideas? I use Pinterest so will look there, too.

Hi, if you are looking for something fast and easy for lunch I would highly recommend Sally's Hookah lounge, they deliver!
Just kidding
- Tuna on a romaine heart with salt and pepper
- Refried Beans with salsa and cheese
- Yogurt with a handful of nuts thrown in
My favorite is packing salads on Sunday for the whole week. For instance, I buy stuff for a fantastic and filling salad: spinach, tofu, sugar snap peas, baby carrots, olives, mushrooms, etc.....then I divy it out into 5 containers for a quick grab and go in the morning. Of course stuff like olives and tofu would be put in a separate container so the spinach doesn't get wet during the week. Two tablespoons Trader's Joe's Goddess dressing in tiny size tuperware container the night before and minimal other work during the week!
