How do you workout at the gym?
I usually do 30 min cardio and then weight training for 20 minutes, and then a cool down/get my heart rate up a lil again for 5-10 min.. Should I be doing weight training everyday? Not even hungry enough to eat the 1200 calories/day
Usually I eat real close to the 1200 calories/day.. almost NEVER over 1250 calories/day. I usually burn 300-400 calories a day working out.
