OMG! Thats amazing!! My butt has always been my "sad" area! My butt is TINY.. and being 170lbs and 5'6 you would think i would have "Junk in the trunk" but i dont! Since working out I've found my butt has improved, but good lord! You Butt looks great! haha Now I sound like a creep...haha!

I like to mix up my cardio.. On days I do a lot of cardio.. can I do say 30 min on the treadmill and 30 min on the bike? Or 20 min on bike, 20 on treadmill and 20 on ellipitcal? I get bored with one machine. haha

I should add.. I'm losing weight, but not getting toned, just ripped haha. Will more cardio cause my body to lose more fat, and maybe not do so much weight training? I should add I won't eat it for lunch and dinner EVERYDAY, but maybe a few times this week (today since i Have fresh salmon in the fridge I will likely use that up for lunch and dinner. Haha I'm not eating for for breakfast lunch and dinner. haha

I love the idea of skim milk with french vanilla! I actually mix my sugar free french vanilla and my regular french vanilla.. but I found the sugar free tastes like *kitten*. haha. I just like a hint of french vanilla. Maybe I will start mixing skim with a dab of french vanilla! DUH! I should have thought of that!

I do my meal planning in the morning (occasionally modify it), but my snacks I do as I go. I have usually don't eat back my exercise calories unless I am hungry, which I normally am not. which has seemed to work for me so far. Thank for all the advice! I will Def. do that! I have been meaning to buy avocados, but they haven't been on sale,and when they are they are tiny and awful looking! I love greek yogurt..Should I add some extra strawberries to it? or extra fruit to it?

I can't eat big breakfasts' because I get sick. Lunch is usually my big meal.. any tips on what kind of high nutrients foods I can add? Usually I have a salad, with chicken, or today I'm having left over chicken and rice from dinner last night. Can I add anything to add more calories, and more nutrients?

I FORCE myself to eat at least 1250 a day, sometimes I'll even eat up to 1400 calories a day. But usually once I hit 1000 calories, I'm full and make myself eat a LUNA bar or something, or drink some protein powder smoothie.. anything so my body doesn't hit starvation.

Yeah, I switched up my workout yesterday, different machines, different weights, different reps, def. was feeling it this morning! So hopefully that helped!

I'm not hungry enough to eat 1600 calories a day! Im barely hungry enough to eat 1200! I do strength training, rest on Sundays, etc.

I know right! I have to FORCE myself to eat the 1200 calories a day, because I'm not hungry. I eat roughly 70-100 g protein a day (lots of chicken! easy to make and my kids love it too!) I usually average about 1000 calories and then have to force myself to eat the extra 200.. so I'm thinking I cut it down to 1000 and see…

FYI.. I had an iced carmel machiatto from starbucks today (23g sugar).. I NEVER get starbucks.. but I'm sick and needed that.. So I should say usually I average 50g sugar a day.

I ate Chinese food yesterday and my scale hated me today! So much sodium yesterday it said I gained 6 lbs!!!!!!!!! Obviously water weight. So today, I am drinking LOTS OF WATER, and eating almost no sodium! It happens. No worries

I'm going to weigh mysel in the morning. Drank some yogi tea. Get regular to have a bowel movement. Tomorrow will be 5 days.... Is that why? Im hoping so! I look better, meaning loss of inches and pants are a little looser. So I shouldn't let the scale intimidate me!

I try to eat 1200-1400 calories a day, I average about 200 calorie burn a day working out. If I average more, I eat a little more.

I do not have a time of the month, I am on Mirena and my time of the month hasn't been in 3 years (Since I got pregnant with my first child). My sodium is always right around the goal it sets me for the day. Sometimes more.

The difference between your before and after is amazing. You should be very proud of yourself. I know how it is having an active toddler (I have 2! An 18 month old and a 2.5 year old!) Congrats!
