Usually I eat real close to the 1200 calories/day.. almost NEVER over 1250 calories/day.
I usually burn 300-400 calories a day working out.
I drink 3 cups coffee in the morning, have breakfast, a morning snack, lunch, and then dinner (I nap in the afternoons with my kids so I don't eat a snack usually). I workout around 6pm every night (sometimes I'll do it before lunch, but thats RARE), and after I workout its 7:30 when I get home, I drink 2 bottles of water, a cup of tea. And I'm not hungry. I'm losing an average of a pound- 2 lbs a week (i plateaued from going on vacation to my parents, but still lost .4 lbs that week).
Is this okay? Today my calories were 1149. Its now 8:10 PM and I'm not hungry, nor will I be the rest of the night.
Any suggustions? Maybe force myself to eat? But isn't the point of changing my lifestyle not eating just because? If I'm not hungry, I'm not going to eat...

Yeah, don't eat if you're not hungry!
Your body knows when it needs to eat. You're losing weight and eating a safe amount - good for you!0
