I'm bored of chicken, so I need a break. I LOVE LOVE LOVE SALMON! YUMMMMM.

I like to make my protein meals for lunch and dinner.. so today I'll likely have 4oz salmon grilled with fresh lemon juice and a small salad for lunch.. for dinner probably 6-8oz salmon with whole grain rice and some raw carrots.

Is it bad to eat the same of something? I go through cravings, and I'm craving fish. So Salmon it is! But is it bad diet wise and weight loss wise to eat the same thing (with different sides) for lunch and dinner? I'll likely stick with this for a week and then switch to something else.

Any imput would be appriciated..

The experts do warn against too much salmon because of increased mercury levels, but it really depends on where your salmon comes from. It's a big plus for your omega 3 and other beneficial fish oils!

Like they say - everything in moderation!!

    Best of luck
  • I should add I won't eat it for lunch and dinner EVERYDAY, but maybe a few times this week (today since i Have fresh salmon in the fridge I will likely use that up for lunch and dinner. Haha I'm not eating for for breakfast lunch and dinner. haha

Depends on what you view as too much.
