Oh yuck, PHOEBE. I seem to recall some problem with huge numbers of chicken being destroyed for some bad reason. I just can't get into being a vegetarian so what DO we eat now? On my way down to our monthly birthday celebration dinner, but think I lost my appetite! Tomorrow we have 3 doctor appointments, flu shots scheduled,
and several appointment in between! Somebody please breathe for me?

If I just continue as I have been all week. I did fine some zone bars at walmart. I had a half of one before lunch. Not bad. I got the chocolate mint. They had a graham cracker one but thought it might be too glutenfied But may try it one of these days to see how it effect me. half of one was pretty rich and filled me up

Yeah Buzz I just overlook all of their chicken this morning. Got me some polish sausage Which is one of my favorite meat and ham. I would not think it was the brand but the way the store handle it my daddy was in the grocer store business when I was growing up and he took orders during the week and on Saturday he would dress them so the people could have Chicken for Sunday dinner/ This is sort of gross. I wont tell you how he dress them. But they were raise in our back yard. But I can tell you my mother never did eat chicken. I am sure she did while she was in the nursing home now me I cannot cooked chicken and eat it.. I have not fried a chicken for jerry since all of these chicken places open up. I buy the can chicken for Jerry chicken and dumpling And if he get hungry for fried chicken he goes to one of these fast food places. in fact think I will make a Chicken salad out o one can. this week for me.
My father carry a credit to his customers and they paid him once a week. Also had the green stamps. remember those.well I ramble on long enouht.

Marie - If you pass me on the scale I am in trouble. I have started to cut my portions of eating but still eating good food but
less of it to see if the scale will go down. I weigh in tommorrow
That code was really scary looking.
I guess the gardens won't get cleaned up my themselves. The weather here is really changing and getting
colder. It's supposed to get down to 46F on Saturday.

Happy Wednesday!! Bad night of sleeping, but a great day with Robby. I am not going to bingo for at least three weeks if not more, trying to save some money for our casino weekend on the 26th. Robby was perfect with a half hour nap this morning and almost two hours this afternoon. Wish everyday was like that.

Shirley, I have the same problem with my weight going up and down. I thought for sure I had a loss this morning but it was a gain. It must be my stew, that is why I don't like homemade meals, they are not good for my weight.
The lean cuisine is just enough and less calories, but I will finish eating my stew so it doesn't go to waste. At least Robby liked it for lunch.
Patsy, it looks like you hit the URL or changed your language on Word if you use it to post here. Just strange but sure it is fine today if you try again.
