Gosh, it looks like the last real update I gave was in the 50's.

This morning was P3, D67: Legs.

I'm almost to the end! My week starts on Wednesday for the plan, so this week will be the start of the last 2 weeks.

They are saying it's much faster since you just do circuits.

Then I need to plan out what my next plan/program will be before my 20 year High School Reunion in July. (gulp)

I took a long weekend. Was going to workout Monday but focused on getting the house back in order after dropping our holiday company off at the airport. I got my eating back under control and wound up not gaining during the holiday so I am content. Ready to start losing again though.

Yesterday I finished Day 5 of the Fitness Blender 5 Day Challenge. I was skeptical that it would be much of a challenge after using Turbofire for cardio and Chalean Extreme. Some of their HIITs were a rough though. You stick with the same move longer than Turbofire. The strength did not feel as challenging while doing it as when I first started Chalean. I did not change weights though and tried to use the same weight and add tension to those exercises I could move up in weights on. I was sore for days after so I feel like I hit muscles I did not use somehow in the CLX.

Looking forward to seeing what else they have to offer in the next few weeks and will be doing this challenge again.

I think so! Ah well, more will come along. Although we are not doing CLX anymore.

Just a really long walk today since we are all getting sick here and DH did not want to be huffing and puffing on a run with a sore throat.

Well, I can keep discussing my last 2 weeks of JELF, but really if no one is in here I guess we should close the thread?

So this morning was JELF, P3, D71. I'm a day behind because for D68 and 69 I decided to do the Cardio (30/30 Sprints) on the street to mix it up. It was so nice to be able to be out in the sunshine. and then
    SHINSPLINT CITY.
Then the next day I changed shoes thinking that might have been the problem.
    SHINSPLINT and KNEECRY CITY!
So Thursday = Rest/Repair/Recovery day for real!

JELF P3, D71 - DAY 1 of the final stretch!

    Leg Circuit.

    4 rounds of 5 exercises:
    30 Barbell Squats
30 Leg Presses (I did goblet squats)
30 Barbell Stiff-Legged Deadlifts (I did the barbell for 2 and then dropped weight to dumbbells instead)
30 Barbell Lunges (I just used dumbbells and then air)
30 Calf Presses (I did standing calf raises).

I'm going to feel that tomorrow.

Total time was under 45m even with 2 minute rests between circuits and on leg day there isn't extra cardio, so I'm glad to have done it in the AM.

WHERE ARE THE REST OF YOU??????

So there is some truth to the shorter workout lengths in P3 last 2 weeks. I was able to both the weight circuit and a 17 minute elliptical run this morning, get my son to school and come straight to work.
    JELF P3, D74: Arms/Abs circuit.

I should be wrapping up next week if I stay on track with days.

    Happy Monday!

Did SL-WA last night, considering adding some type of endurance workout like the one in CLX...

Worked out with my son for the first time lol, we've tried before but this is the first time he actually finished a full workout and not disappear lol

This week I have been doing Fitness Blenders 5 Day Challenge for Busy People. Not used to the short workouts anymore. This challenge is not really making me sore like last week but I still like it.

Thats really it here. I have been maintaining. It is good to know I can but still want to lose more so I need to refocus.

This morning was 45 m of cardio only. It was supposed to be an hour but time constraints did not allow. I did go for a nice walk at lunch soooo....

Ok, everyone. This morning I did My final Leg day! Day 78.

Only 5 days + 1 day of rest to go.
Does it count if the final day of the program is rest??

Going to schedule an appointment with the trainer in the work gym for measurements and calipers for next week.

I promise I will share pics. I tried to do a D1, D30, D60 SxS but the stupid thing kept putting my photos sideways.

    Restarted Chalean this morning :)

I was pretty happy with how much more weight I'm able to lift already on this round!

Welcome back @Jessikin13! I hope other former/current CLX members will follow, even if you're not currently doing CLX but would like support please feel free to join us! JMBR and CLX are still my fav (and ‘go to’) programs!
I need to work on my overhead press, so I am currently using some of CLX exercises.

I've been kind of lurking on this thread for a while. I just recently started to actually comment on stuff and do more than just the logging. But this seems like a good way to make me a little more accountable and stay the course

Day 82: Shoulders and Calves. I read a tip about doing standing calf raises in the squat rack - since I have my own smith machine I can do what I want. Then I stood on some plates to help with raising. It worked really well!

Tomorrow is 1 hour of cardio and then the final day (thurs) is "rest."

Basically tomorrow is my finallllll dayyy!

Congrats on your last day coming up!

I have just been doing Fitness Blender workouts, a little Turbo Fire and running. Happy to say that so far this week I have been doing well staying in my calorie range. I want to finish this week strong!

No problem, I'm getting measurements today so i'll update after.

The following is purely from my Aria/Fitbit Scale. The measurements from calipers do not line up with this fat percentage, it's a few points less.

    SW: Jan 28 - 123.3 lbs 26.4% fat
    P2: Feb 24- 124.3 lbs 24.3% fat
    P3: Mar 25- 126.1 lbs 25.6% fat
    EW: Apr 23- 125.9 lbs 26.5% fat

Trying to get a general idea...

What is your current health & fitness goal?
What fitness program are you following, or did you create your on, to meet your goal?
What does your week look like, strength training/cardio to meet your goal?
What do you have your calories and macro set on to meet your goal?

Current health and fitness goal is really to be fit and happy. I've always wanted to have "cantaloupe shoulders" as I call them.

I follow programs because i'm not clever enough to come up with my own.

I do whatever number of strength and cardio days are listed in the plan. Usually it's been a 3/2 or 3/3, but with the most recent plan it varied by the month. Upcoming will be 3/4.

My calories changed when I decided to switch to gain but i switched it back to "lose" because i didn't like the way MFP was tracking it. Generally i'm 1200 + eat back. When i switched it was almost 1700 calories.
