Day 1: apple pie/Caramel Apple Pie Talenti
Day 2: Ghirardelli 72% Cacao chocolate squares (not many calories left so I went the safe route)

So, I went a little crazy yesterday...

    Day 1: Brownie Mint Pie
Day 2: Peanut Butter Banana Cream Pie

Both were from Baker's Square. Today I went to the grocery store and got some gelato - Talenti Caramel Cookie Crunch. I also have some mini cupcakes from Mariano's that I got last week and saved for this week. The are frozen which seemed weird but I tried them and when they defrost they are just like fresh baked - Mariano's has the best cupcakes in my opinion, but I like a basic buttercream so that may be why (theirs is very similar to what I make).

We're having a potluck at work for St Patrick's day on Tuesday and I am going to be bringing in Funfetti dip and cookies. It is easy and looks tasty (have never tried it so this is a good way to do it so it isn't at my house in case it isn't as good as I hope). I got the recipe off of Eat Yourself Skinny, but the cookies are just regular cookies (I went with graham crackers and Nilla Wafers).

This was a non-logging weekend for me but I am back to the grind tomorrow so I will be trying hard to stay in my calorie goal - other than the dip which I will have to watch (don't want to have too much) it shouldn't be a problem, because I have the cupcakes pretty often, and the gelato isn't too bad for calories. I always save some for a treat at the end of the day.

Day 2: Are these new? Because they are sure new to me, I actually squee-ed when I saw them in the store:

Really good. The gelato is a little "mousse-ier" than in the traditional container.

And since I have some calories left, I think a little Southern Comfort will help prepare me for the new workweek.

And seriously these pictures are amazing! Especially all those cupcakes...

It also has white chocolate instant pudding mix in the cookies. They don't taste much like traditional snickerdoodles but they're delicious nonetheless.

Day 1 - Banana custard pie - Vanilla ice cream, custard, biscuits, sliced bananas. Salted Caramel macaroon. Boston cream puff
Day 2 - Ben & Jerry's Spectacular Speculoos Cookie Core - It's the first out of the new core series that I have tried. It was good and I'm sure many will enjoy it but it's not for me. The flavor was a bit powerful on the cookie side and it over powered the cookie butter. DLV will finish it off, I think.

You might like the TJ version better then. It's just the cookie butter and the vanilla base. Personally I really liked the BJ one but it's more calories so I won't be having it too often.

    In!
Day 1: I was at a wedding and they had pie and cupcakes. I went with peanut butter pie with a chocolate ganache. Very rich, but oh-so-good.
Day 2: 1/2 a vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream and 1/2 a key lime cupcake with coconut buttercream. Early b-day celebration.
    Day 3: Caribbean Coconut Talenti.

Um, the cleanse is working as I think I had a huge "woosh" after the first day. It's hard to tell since I save up calories and eat a ton on Saturdays. It typically puts me up 6lbs or so, but I was only up 1lb. Hoping for a loss by official weigh in on Friday. All credit goes to the cleanse!!!

Day 3 - Chocolate chip cannoli French toast, deconstructed madeleine strawberry shortcake... made it myself with two madeleines, strawberries, half a serving of jello vanilla pudding and whipped cream. No picture because it looked horrible, but it was fantastic. And a piece of Lindt hazelnut torte.

If you roast the Peeps, you pretty much ruin regular roasted marshmallows, and plain peeps, forever. It's the only way I like them now. The sugar on the outside carmelizes. SOOOO much better than regular roasted marshmallows!

I actually had never heard them referred to as wedding cookies until I first tried logging them!

They seem very similar. The ones I'm used to have anise seeds or pecans as opposed to walnuts though.

    Day 1- Samoas
Day 2- S'mores Rice Krispy Bar and some cinnamon cookies
Day 3- Blue Bell Krazy Kookie Dough with some chocolate chips mixed in

I really need to buy some Peeps and stuff to make S'mores. I feel like I would fail the cleanse without having tried it at least once.

Yeah, I feel like I need to do the same. Peeps are disgusting little lumps of yuck, but I do love s'mores.

I'll definitely be picking up some Peep packages when clearance time comes. My nieces & nephews will love it.

Day 2: Breyers strawberry truffle gelato indulgences
Day 3: I took my daughter to try out a local cupcake bakery today. I got a coffee and donuts cupcake. The coffee buttercream was subtle and very good.

My daughter picked the salted caramel one and we are definitely going to have to take another trip there to get another one of those.
