    Day 1: Triple berry pie
Day 2: triple berry pie and white chocolate snickerdoodles
Day 3: mini cadbury creme eggs
Day 4: Chai Latte ice cream from Sweet Pete's in downtown Jacksonville.

Will probably have some more mini cadbury eggs later.

Day 4: Had to forgo the sweet treats today. Went out to lunch with some coworkers and don't have room. Does shrimp ravioli count as a cleansing food? Or am I going to gain all my weight plus everyone else's?

Day 1: apple pie/Caramel Apple Pie Talenti
    Day 2: Ghirardelli 72%
Day 3: Breyer's Gelato Indulgences Triple Chocolate
Day 4: finally tested out our air popper...popcorn with cinnamon/sugar sprinkled on, and in honor of St Patrick's Day, tonight will be some form of mint frozen dessert (and I don't mean Arctic Blast...either Edy's or Talenti)

I will allow it. You have to go to the chalkboard and write, "I pledge to always eat premium ice cream and sweets from now on" 100 times though.

Alright, cool. I was afraid I was going to have to do a Peep enema or something.

Nah, there is no peep enema. Now there is a Sugar Free Gummy Bear enema, but that is the punishment for claiming Arctic Zero or Frozen Bananas taste the same as regular ice cream...

    Day 1: Peeps
Day 2: Almond pastry (filled with almond paste).
Day 3: Mission Hill Creamery Ricotta & Fig ice cream.
Day 4: McConnell's Chocolate Covered Strawberries Ice Cream.

It isn't actual chocolate covered strawberries, rather, a generous mix of dark chocolate bits and strawberries. The strawberry flavor seemed to almost infuse the sweet cream base (in a good way) and the little bits of chocolate added a nice texture and flavor. At the first bite I had the strongest sense of a childhood flavor or memory, but for the life of me couldn't place it. But excellent ice cream!

I'm hoping it does...because I'm about to head out with some buddies to celebrate St. Patty's Day, and that's what I intend to use the rest of my calories (and perhaps a few "over") on.

Elaine, I heart you and your writing style.

MrM that banana custard pie looks incredible. Biscuits though? Hmmm.

Karen, my pie tasted amazing but it was super runny. I also made it with fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries) and I wondered if I might have put too much sugar or something to make it so liquidy on the inside. I'm not sure what went wrong with my dough that made it all melty either. But my friend who doesn't like sweets asked if she could keep some of the leftovers so I guess that's pretty high praise.

I'm late to the pie tips party, but I always put tapioca in my fruit pies to firm them up. It doesn't give you little pearls, it just firms up the juices.

    Everyone's cleansing looks delicious.

Mine has been all gelato, all the time.

I need that dark chocolate popcorn bar. I'll have to head over to Target.

Day 3? 4? What am I up to?

I had homemade snickerdoodles and more than a little Sauvignon Blanc last night. I was photocopying all my tax crap and it was warranted.

What wasn't so bright was trying to pop up in a headstand while I was collating some documents. I MAY have clipped my calf on a table and now have a big, sore "egg" on it. :#

You did a headstand while drinking wine and doing your taxes??? That's awesome!

I believe discomfort or pain is to be expected during a cleanse, so sounds like you're doing it right!

Drunken yoga and gymnastics is generally a bad idea, in my experience. I mean, from what I've witnessed. Not that I've done any of this. At least not since college. As far as you all know.
