^^^^ Happy Anniversary. That looks good but next time more pictures!

I took a picture of the rest too but it was just fried balls (duck mac and cheese croquettes) and some chicken and veggies really. Not that impressive. The dessert was good but the ice cream (homemade) was a bit disappointing IMO). I think I enjoyed the mini biscotti more.

I think you need lessons on what I picture post worthy. I'm sure noooooooo one wants to see duck mack and cheese croquettes. No one.

Especially not with a bite taken out so we can see the delicious insides.

I know this is usually a non controversial thread, but....

YOU FOOL. YOU WRONG, MISGUIDED FOOL.

Those look delicious and we absolutely required a photo.

We'll forgive you, but see to it that nothing like this ever happens again.

They were pretty big though, about the size of donut holes... 3 was plenty for me. I almost took a picture of the insides but then I thought... it's just mac and cheese, lol.

    Day 1: Peeps
Day 2: Almond pastry (filled with almond paste).
Day 3: Mission Hill Creamery Ricotta & Fig ice cream.
Day 4: McConnell's Chocolate Covered Strawberries Ice Cream.
Day 5: A couple of TJ's Cookie Butter Cups.
Day 6: Mission Hill Creamery Turkish Coffee ice cream.

Decided I needed a late afternoon coffee break. In this case, via Turkish Coffee ice cream from Mission Hill in Santa Cruz. This creamery does indeed make very good ice creams (based on the two I've tried) - very rich, creamy, and smooth. But on this on I had higher hopes about the flavor. I guess I got my hopes up that "Turkish" coffee flavor would have a bit of bitterness and graininess I associate with Turkish coffee -- while good, this was basically a coffee ice cream similar in flavor to any number of coffee ice creams I've enjoyed before.

Ok I am a couple days behind in posting due to a very long migraine - day 4 was Talenti Caramel Cookie Crunch gelato (was hoping the cold would help my headache and it did as long as I was eating it, but once I stopped it just got worse). Day 5 was 2 mini cupcakes. Today (day 6) is a Peeps rainbow pop (which is pretty much just 4 different colored peeps chicks on a stick).

Edited because I am off on my days - so no idea what I am missing. I blame the headache.
