    Sounds great...definitely healthy!

Add a herb salad to my cold pizza (TJs...bambino formagio) Not the best choice :o ...but my schedule at work is so crazy...and I just can't beat the price on that pizza 4 for 3.29

Looking to start making mason jar salads...just ordered the wide mouth quart jars...getting excited...but honestly...I am a sucker for cold pizza...it makes things so easy for me when I am scattered and needing to take along lunch. Today I put my herb salad in a small 16 ounce jar...(bought those to use for smoothies and juices)...totally loving using GLASS as opposed to plastic even though it is BPA free.

I ordered the quart size- wide mouth in the middle of the night...couldn't sleep. Found so many great sites on the salads...never really took it seriously (always thought it would get so mushy) until I did some investigating. Kinda some special "science" behind the layering. I love the idea. We'll see...my quart jars arrive Monday from Amazon. <3

Found that at Costco. Taste is great but I cooked a bit too long...does not take 4-5 minutes...more like 3-4 if that.

    Today's Menu:

B: coffee and green juice...nervous ... had interview. Will know next week if I got the job.
    S: more green juice
L: Trader Joes fat free burrito...Hatch salsa and a nap
S: Snack of portion of cold Edamame spaghetti (so good...just plain...wow)
Di: Mason Jar pasta, chicken, avocado (adding today) salad, jAsian Pear Apple
De:HC fudge bar and grape nuts...helps slow down the eating of the fudge bar. Lots of crunching...I take the bar off the stick and eat as bowl of ice cream . Later, Tea and Light Baby Bels.

Have a great day. I have never had sashimi. Need a lesson and probably need to go with my niece...she knows about that stuff. :o

    Today's Menu:

Br: two HB eggs mashed with one serving corn salsa, coffee with nsa but 1/2 & 1/2
    Sn: Joe's Mean Green Juice
Lu: Mason Jar Salad: Newman's Own, celery, cukes, tomatoes, chicken, avocado, edamame spaghetti, herb salad
    Sn: Asian Pear Apple
    Di: Pizza (TJs formagio bambino)
De: HC fudge bar with grape nuts, two Light Baby Bels

Life has been crazy applying for this job...four interviews...last one was today. Will know, hopefully, next week.

Since changing the way I log, I feel better and am much more focused. Working towards getting better and reducing the help of Trader Joe's frozen...but man, I sure do love his mini pizza...that may be something I just will not give up. Unless of course I finally learn to make my own.
