Br: V8 juice, Kellogg's All-Bran Bran Buds, banana, skim milk
Lu: spinach salad, clementine, hard-boiled egg, 2 ak mak crackers
Sn: pear/skim mozzarella string cheese, apple
Di: mixed salad, sauteed shrimp and scallops, broccoli and/or cauliflower, mini whole wheat bagel, pistachios

I've been reading again (I do that).
I'm reading the DASH diet for weight loss. So far? It's basically south beach with less salt.
Today's plan:
breakfast: savory oatmeal with spinach, cheese, turkey sausage
snack: persimmon
lu: chicken and brussels (left overs)
sn: cheese?
di: going to a christmas party at a pub....so... caesar salad.0 -
You're right, Sabine, we have been quiet.
I've been sticking pretty close to SB, but the next 2 weekends will provide challenges.
Today:
