    Gotta get back on track. Ate too many leftover Halloween goodies and have been going out to eat a lot. Today's scale was not good, but that's the motivation to eat better.

    Br: V8 juice, Kellogg's All-Bran Bran Buds, banana, skim milk
    Lu: spinach salad, clementine
    Sn: pear/skim mozzarella string cheese, yogurt/blueberries
    Di: mixed green salad, Lean Cuisine Steak Portabella, mini whole wheat pita, pistachios

    My exercise is much better...but diet is not there yet. Work in progress.

    Thanks for the pep talk, Magic. Now that I'm past Halloween, I should have no problems till Thanksgiving, which will be a challenge--but it's only 1 meal.

    Lu: spinach salad, clementine, 2 ak mak crackers
    Sn: pear/skim mozzarella string cheese, yogurt/blueberries

    B. Eggs English muffin. Zipp fizz
    L. Veggie burger
    S. Steamed carrots
    D. Air fried turkey breast. ... My newest kitchen appliance I absolutely love it cooks essential air fryer… basmati rice, and stirfried vegetables.
    D. Low fat low sugar ice cream on a cone what do you think about that

    This desert seems to be satisfying it's sugarfree it's low-fat ice cream on a little cone. It's something for me to look forward to and I'm not going back for seconds so I think I might be onto something. I think it's really hard when I feel like I'm being denied stuff so it seems to be working

    Haven't been here for a few days. OK, it looks like I just need to NOT HAVE ANY DESSERT. I do not keep to a portion.

    I am going to have pistachios and tea at night. Make it a ritual. NO peanut butter...save my 30 pistachios for late night and eat them slowly. I am posting this here so I do it tonight.

    Up early...working 8 to 8 today. Weekend girl needed off.

    SUCCESS...had thirty pistachios and I did have one vita top as well. NO sugar free ice cream ...which I had been going back and back again for 2nds and 3rds. :'(:o

    I feel like I CAN do this. This can be my dessert! B)

    I've been working through my real world stuff, and am back on track.

    di: filet mignon, a handful of fries, salad

    lu: big salad, or sushi

    I've been having trouble sticking to SB consistently, although, luckily, not too much damage has been done. I been managing to have some "good" days in between the not-so-good ones, so I'm not beating myself up over this. Today should be a good one, as will tomorrow, the day before weigh-in ;) .

    Morning all...

    Getting lots of help from Amy's frozen today. Out to dinner tomorrow and sunday. I may go to Sprouts after work and see if I can find a half turkey breast. TJs was carrying them...but then stopped ... no one was buying em cept me.

    Still sticking to my dessert at night...and it is working. Vita top and pistachios. Later, mates.
