Wednesday's Plan:
shredded wheat with banana and skim milk, coffee and whipped skim
whole wheat tortilla wrap with deli turkey (Found it a TJs no junk in it), micro greens, romaine, avocado, side of sugar plum toms, sweetie apple (cousin of gala's)
HB egg, tea
Mason Jar salad ... chicken, pasta, veggie
homemade ice cream

scrambled eggs with cottage cheese and scallions, cherry toms
turkey, avocado, micro greens ww tortilla wrap, olives, cherry toms
apple with cottage cheese dip

changed up breakfast...had breakfast burrito...Trader Joe's Olive Oil WW wrap with eggs and 1/2 serving of TJ black beans.
I need to figure out how to make them so they do not fall apart...and I can freeze them and use for quick meals.
My new job...I leave at 6:45. All meals have to be prepped on the weekend or I will may fall into bad habits. I left a job with zero anxiety and just put myself back into a full time job, learning everything new.
It is what it is. I just need to prepare everything on the weekends...I am going to get to my goal of 135.0 -

Wine is my dessert most of the time. When I first gave up sweets for the two weeks I just never really re-got the craving. Once in a while I'll have a bowl of no sugar added ice cream.0 -
Good to know...last night, I had Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Toast and tea for dessert. I tried not to have anything...but decided on the toast.

Last night was state fair night. But I did okay! Not very South Beach, but not unhealthy.

You did great. I watch the fair foods on the cooking channels...holy cow...I would be down for the count on most of the stuff. You really chose wisely.

% Fage with mixed nuts and raisins...no sugar in the mix I chose...not easy to find. And making your own up was getting too expensive. Found something good at TJs. Open to suggestions.
Apple with cottage cheese
Mason Jar Salad (made up a batch earlier today) Bolthouse yogurt blue cheese dressing, bell red pepper, carrots, celery, red onion, corn and chili salsa, whole wheat pasta, roasted chicken breast, avocado, romaine). WOW!

I love baby bels!
My plan:
Breakfast: green smoothie, some pork
Snack: string cheese
Lunch: big fat salad
snack: none, I'll be at the dentist
Dinner: Whatever I can eat after the dentist, hopefully stir fried tofu and string beans0 -

I saw the dentist yesterday, but he wants to wait until next week to do the root canal. He wants me on antibiotics longer. Ugh.
The pain is getting better though!

Saturday's Menu:
breakfast burrito-homemade (ww handmade tortilla by TJs, 1 eggs, 1T corn chili salsa, mild green chilies, 14 grams light Mexican Cheese). Made four...froze three. Needs one strip of crumbled bacon...the kind from TJs...pre cooked. Nice and lean. And it needs avocado. Yum

Really going for as little added sugar as possible...that is my focus right now.
