You're doing great! I'm still in Europe, but have moved on to the third location. Location one it was easy to eat right. Number two was more challenging, but I did ok. Third one should be easier again. Here's hoping!0 -

I have two package of that tilapia to get through...cannot throw it out. Not buying it anymore...too processed. Only way for me to go on P1 again would be if you went on it. It is soooooooooooooooo NOT easy.

I'm home! And doing phase 1 for a week to renew habits. I managed not to really gain weight while I was gone, but do need to re-double my efforts.

Today!
Breakfast: poached eggs and nuts
Snack: some cherry tomatoes and string cheese
Lunch: chef salad
snack: olives
Dinner: a sausage, some chicken breast, some green beans
Dessert: chardonnay (my south beach always includes the option of wine!)
I went shopping today and got supplies so I'm well set for the week.
I have to travel again this weekend, but I'm going south to seafood land so I should be fine!0 -
Off to sleep. Did great. Everything to a t except 40 pistachios instead of 30.
Feel so good. Was not that much off the rails to have to reel it back in...cannot believe how motivated I am...thrilling actually!

Today's Menu looks a lot like yesterday...
B: HB eggs mashed with 1/2 avocado, coffee and stuff in it that I need to work on not having...only tricky spot I am dealing with right now.
S: Green smoothie (same as yesterday...not a fav but I think it does a lot of good...the chia seeds especially)
L: Not sure of the protein yet and then Olives, hummus and carrots
Di: Chicken thighs, salad, dusting of parm/reg and dressing
De: % Fage with jam and pistachios...trying to only have the recommended amount of 30 ... LOL...that should be enough, right? Miss Piggy here had to have ten extra yesterday.
