Today didn't go as planned. We did ultimately have to let the cat go and that kinda changed the day.

B: Joe's mean green
L: TJs. bambino pizza...new package and I think new recipe. Excellent. $1 a pizza....four in a box. Just had the new formula today...so so much better than old...but old was good...so that is saying a lot. Small portion, controlled serving of pizza...that is good? Gotta go with it.
S: Green Smoothie (spinach, pineapple, mixed berries, water)
Di: TJs Herb salad mix, toss in...grilled corn (TJs), peas and baked chicken shredded... TOP with 1T Newman's Light Italian, fresh peach

Yesterday (July 4) I indulged a bit.
Today:
Brunch: leftover steak from last night, avocado, and some roasted bell peppers (red and green)
Snack: nuts
Dinner: cesar salad (no croutons) with some canned salmon on it.
Desert: fudge bar, popcorn (same snack as you!)

Morning...back to work Monday...been up for awhile...dishes done...menu set for the day:
B: green smoothie (spinach, frozen berries and pineapple, water), three eggs (one yolk), hatch salsa
L: pizza, peach
S: edamame (may make a Joe's Mean Green after work as well)
Di: TJs herb salad greens topped with corn and peas, 4 oz chopped chicken breast, garbanzo beans, shaved fresh parm/regg, 1T Newman's light Italian...a really good salad.
De: yay for Julie's fudge bars and popcorn...LOL
We are short handed at work...so my little part time job is now five days a week until we are staffed fully again. Keeping it very simple...even more so than before.0 -

Gearing up for a reboot on 7/13 Not gaining, not losing...and want to see if I can get down to 135 on a reboot. I am not excited about this...darn...cuz I love summer fruit...but if I do it now, I will have time to enjoy fruit in August. Really have lost 17 on the first reboot...now I just want to lose five...(of course ten is optimal)...but would be happy with five.
That means no Joe's Mean Green for awhile...and no fruit in my green smoothies...back to Zip Fizz. ..and at least, happy with that option. Thanks Sabine for that tip!0 -

I've lost a tad more. A pound or so. Again, I'm at maintenance, give or take, so not a surprise.
I leave for my 3 week trip on Wednesday. My goal: lower carb, higher protein, and do the best I can.
Today:
breakfast: poached egg and avocado (a phase!)
snack: watermelon
lunch: weird, but blue cheese, kale chips, avocado, popcorn
snack: snap peas
dinner: chopped salad, chardonnay
dessert: watermelon

Now, not sure what I am going to do...do not think I have it in me to do P1 again...especially alone. -sigh- And I don't think I feel like it...LOL...hmmm, need to up my exercise.

It's ok...stuff happening around here...just found out...may be looking for a new job...think mine is going away...so might just hang on to my routine for awhile, while I gather myself and find a new job. I know how to maintain...that's a good thing.
