My starting was 157 on Feb 12... I got down to 139.6 Great. Then I got sloppy. Up to 145. Ewwwwwwww.
Started P 1.5 last Tuesday (fruit allowed...no grains) down two pounds.
I feel better...love my dessert and it will just have to do...NO MORE JULIES. Using Xylitol sweetened stuff ... but no more splenda.
I really like juicing even more than green smoothies in the vita mix...just that it is a lot of work. Oh well, I do like the results, however. I feel I am gaining steam in this second week. That's a good thing.0 -

Great job on P1, Sabine. I just had my peach and green juice snack at work. Timing was just bad for me to do P1, which I would have loved ... you are such an inspiration.
Most of my choices for the day are spot on..and few not so great. I entered everything into fooducate today...very cool. I like it. It breaks it down so much better than MFP. It shows added sugar vs. naturally occurring sugar, which for me, is very important.
It was a bit tedious, but worth it. And I like how they tell u about how processed your food is. Pushing me in the right direction, eventually.0 -
