Hubs made "quinoa cups" today. Quinoa, egg, ham, spinach in cupcake tins. YUM!0

Ho, Ho, Ho...gosh, when I stick to my plan, I wake up feeling great. A little early, but I feel good. Will hit the bike by 4:30. So happy it's Friday...we get off early next Thursday...and yay, a three day weekend and I have been at my new job long enough so it is a paid holiday for me.

l: lunch at work...I never join in...being the receptionist, it is not easy, but today I will ...it's sandwiches being ordered ... also ugly Christmas sweater day...but I did not get a sweater...wearing one a red sweater with sparkles...some might think it's ugly. LOL
s: green drin, olives (with fresh garlic and jalapeno)...I think it is the key to me not getting too sick...I have already had one cold, but not that bad.

Very Tasty...I do not buy it fresh...but it is wild caught...7 indiv wrapped from Costco...love it...(so does Little Miss Ernestine...she always gets a bit mixed in with her Eukanuba).

Had a good Sunday, thanks. Did not get near as much as I had planned...but managed to go to sleep without dessert. That is so hard for me...going to try and do it again tonight.

Morning...just read your post about NS buying SB. Weird...wonder what they have up their sleeve!
b: cheese quesadilla (I am obviously addicted to this...the cheese is from TJs...sharp, cheddar...not much, using a microplane to shred...gives volume without weight...and the tortilla is TJs as well, whole wheat organic made with olive oil.) Green drink and coffee
l:: easy again, TJs reduced guilt mac and cheese...bought just enough for these two days plus one extra. (tomorrow, pot luck at work)

This is how our Christmas Dinner turned out:
a few little snacks...not many, tiny bit of cheese with cranberries...a few crunchy cheese crackers...(good thing I had my sister there with a watchful eye...they were good and I could have done major damage...but stuck to just a few).
Dinner was prime rib, salad, fresh green beans, small baked potato, wonderful glass of red.
Dessert: Mrs Prindable caramel apple slices
Easy to stick to plan on Saturday since I was not recovering from a food coma.
