LCHF green smoothie: 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup heavy cream, kale, spinach, ginger, turmeric, water, and a zip fizz.
Lunch: big fat salad with fish
Dinner: I'm thinking I'll try those meatloaf muffins and maybe some broccoli0 -

Today looks very similar to yesterday...left my sammy at home yesterday and grabbed the cooked chicken breast...both wrapped in foil. NO CARB lunch forced on me...chicken and cherry toms. LOL
