    Lots of repeats for me...things that are easy...that I do not have to think too much about.

    Friday:

    breakfast burrito...two coffees with frothed skim millk
    Fage with granola ... Asian apple slices
    Olives garlic jalapeno
    jasmine rice, cabbage salad, grilled salmon
    tea and toast

    Very sorry about your dog not doing well, Sabine...hurts to the core...I know...hugs, kiddo.

    LCHF green smoothie: 1/2 avocado, 1/4 cup heavy cream, kale, spinach, ginger, turmeric, water, and a zip fizz.
    Lunch: big fat salad with fish
    Dinner: I'm thinking I'll try those meatloaf muffins and maybe some broccoli

    I made a meatloaf. First time ever. And water wok-ed broccoli

    And chardonnay my dear nephew brought in sympathy for the sick pup. Poor little guy.

    Hard to believe your first attempt at meatloaf...I'm surprised...you're such a great cook. Belly rubs to sweet doggie...and those delicious behind the ear massages.

    Back to work Monday...boy do I love the weekend now...now that I am a full timer. Feeeling ok about the job today...tummy only hurts a little bit...nerves still engaged.

    HB egg ... toast and butter
    ezekiel sammy avocado and turkey...cherry toms...apple
    steamed edamame
    salad, baked chicken breast, jasmine rice
    tea and dark choco 1 ounce

    Di: mapo tofu, 1/4 cup pinto beans, 1 cup of broccoli
    De: baked yam and apple with whipped cream
    (all made by hubs!)

    Today looks very similar to yesterday...left my sammy at home yesterday and grabbed the cooked chicken breast...both wrapped in foil. NO CARB lunch forced on me...chicken and cherry toms. LOL
