So today ended up like this:
b cheese quesadila ww tortilla coffee
l green salad with dressing, turkey with cranberry, water
d spaghetti squash with freshly grated parm/reg, celery and salsa, swiss cheese sammy
d pita chips and sleepy time tea
three nights in a row that I stuck to one portion of chips with tea for dessert...I am pretty happy bout that.
Went to sleep at seven and woke up just close to 11, thinking it was time to get up. LOL
Having a cuppa tea now...back to sleep soon, I hope.0 -
I hate when I wake up!
