    lu: kale, black beans, sweet potatoes in low carb tortilla
    sn: brown rice dolma, a couple of olives
    di: I ran out of steam. Had an atkins pizza (from the emergency supply) and some chardonnay
    de: black bean brownie
    Activity: ran very slowly (sore foot) for 30 minutes, a high intensity yoga class, and a walk to work an back.

    l spinach salad...finished up the ingredients
    d chicken rice broccoli
    d apple

    late night tea

    40+ min on bike...24 min walk with LME.

    Hey guys, I'm still around, just been a hermit. Mental health issues rearing its very ugly side the past few days. Just wanted to let you know I didn't just up and leave.

    tons of repeats all the time...using an electric pressure cooker and making up big batches of protein for dinner. I have frozen stand bys ... TJs mac and cheese and pizza formagio bambino...but waiting til absolutely nec ... total time crunch around here, like who isn't in a time crunch. :p

    Ho, Ho, Ho...gosh, when I stick to my plan, I wake up feeling great. A little early, but I feel good. Will hit the bike by 4:30. So happy it's Friday...we get off early next Thursday...and yay, a three day weekend and I have been at my new job long enough so it is a paid holiday for me.

    B: cheese quesadilla, coffee
    l: lunch at work...I never join in...being the receptionist, it is not easy, but today I will ...it's sandwiches being ordered ... also ugly Christmas sweater day...but I did not get a sweater...wearing one a red sweater with sparkles...some might think it's ugly. LOL
    s: green drin, olives (with fresh garlic and jalapeno)...I think it is the key to me not getting too sick...I have already had one cold, but not that bad.
    d: grilled salmon, mini bell peppers (red, orange, yellow) onions, jasmine rice, herb salad
    d: choco and tea

    Shout out to our third musketeer...hope you are feeling better and will join us again.

    Very Tasty...I do not buy it fresh...but it is wild caught...7 indiv wrapped from Costco...love it...(so does Little Miss Ernestine...she always gets a bit mixed in with her Eukanuba).
