activity: 8am Yoga and a run at some point

Had a good Sunday, thanks. Did not get near as much as I had planned...but managed to go to sleep without dessert. That is so hard for me...going to try and do it again tonight.

l: TJs reduced guilt mac and cheese (easy peasy for three days) cuties

Morning...just read your post about NS buying SB. Weird...wonder what they have up their sleeve!
b: cheese quesadilla (I am obviously addicted to this...the cheese is from TJs...sharp, cheddar...not much, using a microplane to shred...gives volume without weight...and the tortilla is TJs as well, whole wheat organic made with olive oil.) Green drink and coffee
l:: easy again, TJs reduced guilt mac and cheese...bought just enough for these two days plus one extra. (tomorrow, pot luck at work)

d: left over tuna for a sammy on rye
d: tea, cuties and poms

How about we aim for Jan 10 as a start date. Time to clean out the fridge or gather what we need...to get our heads in the game. If you wish to start earlier, I am game for that as well. January 3rd is also a good date. Up to you...dear leader!

This is how our Christmas Dinner turned out:
a few little snacks...not many, tiny bit of cheese with cranberries...a few crunchy cheese crackers...(good thing I had my sister there with a watchful eye...they were good and I could have done major damage...but stuck to just a few).
Dinner was prime rib, salad, fresh green beans, small baked potato, wonderful glass of red.
Dessert: Mrs Prindable caramel apple slices
Easy to stick to plan on Saturday since I was not recovering from a food coma.
