Still in a funk. And yesterday ate something that kept me up all night. Think it was my cooking. Going to use some help for a few weeks

We've been remiss!
I've been eating pretty much the same thing the last few days, though last night hubs made "kitchen sink" for dinner. "Kitchen sink" is what we call "stir fried everything we have that's going to go bad soon".
It was: broccoli, asparagus, spinach, tofu, onions and water chestnuts in a chile garlic sauce. Super yummy.0 -

D. Grilled turkey burger without bun but LTO mayo and ketchup
S. Finally I found a dessert that works. Two bars. Yogurt strawberry and fudge. Both off the stick and into a little bowl. Voila...ice cream that works!0 -

I'm still strolling, BUT! I got a new medicine from my doc a while back and the dance scale keeps going up (and I have tinnitus). I did some research yesterday and it says "significant weight gain" is a side effect. BOO. Stopped the med and am reigning it in for a couple of weeks to see if I can get the scale back down.

Are you folks still checking in here? If so, have you found a decent brand of plain yogurt? I used to eat Yoplait Light or Dannon Light and Fit, but they have too much sugar now that I'm on SB. I've been trying different brands of plain--so far, nothing very good. Thanks.0

I tend to just eat low fat plain greek yogurt. Though once in a while I eat Kroger's carb master yogurts.
I also eat cottage cheese. I like peanut butter in my yogurt, which most people think is weird.0 -
Yesterday I put a clementine in my plain yogurt--it wasn't too bad. It's just that I'm trying to cut back on my fruits, which were my "go to" snack on Weight Watchers. I used to have 5-6 a day. Now I'm down to 3 or 4. I wish I had a Kroger's--none in New York City, as far as I know. Someday...0

Julie's strawberry yogurt bar and health choice fudge bar (I take the bars off the stick and eat as bowl of ice cream...it works for me!)
Not perfect sb ...really doing what I can that is pretty much healthy and that I can sustain . Still have kept the 17 off that I lost a year ago. Need to lose 10 - 15 more!0 -

Egg salad, mixed vegetables, apple

Mixed green salad, chicken and broccoli, SF Vitatop

I've been good so far today but tonight is my birthday dinner (tomorrow is the actual day), so I'm not fretting too much over what I have. It won't be overly carby, but will be high fat, I predict. Something like wings.

B-V8 low sodium vegetable juice, All-Bran Bran Buds with banana and skim milk (I'm a creature of habit )
L-huge spinach salad with mushrooms, radishes, Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese, carrots, clementine, sunflower seeds, scallions--no dressing
D-tuna with celery and onions and mustard and steamed broccoli
(maybe homemade vegetable soup if I get around to making it)
Snacks--string cheese with apple, yogurt with either a clementine or maybe I'll try walnuts. I'm still trying to get used to plain yogurt, which I don't like.
