I made the paleo pad thai I was pondering and it turned out fabulous!
Today:
Br: whole milk yogurt with TJs almond butter and some flax
Sn: pumpkin seeds
Lu: rye crackers and herring
sn: pumpkin seeds
di: paleo pad thai (zucchini noodles), and some turkey sausage
de: a small bit of dark chocolate0 -
Breakfast burrito
Swiss cheese Sammy. Pear
Chicken. Brown basmati. Broccoli
Granola and milk
Not very south beach. But I am finally sleeping. So will stick with it just need to watch amounts and up my e0 -

Beautiful day today...went for a nice walk...home now, doing homey stuff.
B- oatmeal, scrambled eggs with corn salsa, coffee
S- green drink
L- chicken sammy
Di- Thanksgiving at my sister's...they will be gone on the actual holiday.

Last night I did not have dessert...and it did not make a diff on the scale...but I think it will, eventually. What is good about that, is I now know I can get through the night without dessert and SURVIVE!0 -
NOT really a TG dinner...
roasted chicken, apple sauce, green beans, kale salad, baked potato (plain)..
and then I caved to dessert when I got home. Granola and...sheesh, AND frozen yogurt. Not feeling the effects...feel chipper this morning...just wish I had gone to sleep without dessert. Will try again tonight.
Today's Menu:
B: eggs, salsa, coffee
S: green drink
L: swiss cheese sammy with micro greens, pear
S: green drink
Di: leftovers from Sat night...(sweet sister sent me home with them)!
Will give it the ol college try to go to sleep without dessert.0 -

Morning...change of schedule for two days...I go in at 11:30 - 8 pm. Managed to get myself to sleep a bit longer...was up in the mid of the night..but did go back to sleep. I'm good right now, so will do the bike, walk Miss Ernestine for at least 20 minutes...and get to the store and back before a rest before I go in.

Thinking I need to do 2 weeks of P1. Just not sure when...timing is crucial. Two Thanksgivings coming up...This coming Thurs and then on TG.
So, shooting for Friday after TG. Not planning on any giant pig out on either TG...but I think I want to be into SB when all the goodies start to show up at work. And then, be done with it and wow, feel the results and say, I am so not going to spoil this hard work indulging as the holiday gets even closer.
