My goal today is to make a couple of egg, ham, spinach burritos to have for breakfast this week while hubs is gone.

Today was basically a repeat of yesterday. Though I switched up and had roast beef and blue cheese in my dinner wrap.
I didn't get the eggs done. Tomorrow is another day!
Today: Quest bar (I'm bored with breakfast)
sn: a cup of lightly steamed broccoli
lu: chicken, feta, spinach in a low carb wrap
sn: broccoli and mushrooms, and a tiny bit of left over movie theater popcorn
di: roast beef, blue cheese and spinach in a low carb wrap

Activities: 30 minute run, an hour of yoga, and a late afternoon 10 minute run to test out my new fitbit.0 -

Haven't a clue...which does not happen often. Plenty of protein in the house...I just do not want to go work today.

I have one more tortilla and I'm going to use it tomorrow and then I'm not buying anymore because were starting on the 10th. I have to start getting used to not having cheese quesadilla and I think I'm almost sick of him by this time I've been having them forever ha ha Ha
There's no more bread in the house the only thing I'll be having his rice for a while still and I'm going to start stocking up on some chicken and fish for my protein and eggs
This weekend I'm gonna practice making the little breakfast quiches

Not home tonight, no. That's okay, I'm going out with a group of friends to a nearby (walkable) pub that celebrates new years in Ireland. I'll be home by 7 at the latest lol.

Mission whole wheat carb balance tortillas which I DO like, but isn't very healthy
La Banderita low carb soft taco whole grain tortillas which I DO like and is healthier. It gets the best review on fooducate, so I use this the most.
LA Tortilla company whole wheat tortilla which I DON'T like0 -

Some of them have a chemical taste I have found. That is why I had just used TJs organic made with olive oil. And they were not low carb.
I guess since I no longer have any bread, nor tortillas in the house, I will just keep them out for now.
I am probably going to have fruit this week...but will reduce my jasmine rice to one serving when I do have it. Pretty much gearing up for next Sunday. May use the zipp fizz again...I have some left from last year...I need to check the dates.
I will keep your recommendations in mind when I do go back to wraps...thanks for the info.
