    S: out of spinach shoot
    L: left over grilled salmon and baby sweet peppers, cuppa tomato soup, small honey crisp
    S: yogurt, almonds, jam
    D: tacos made with Ezekiel corn tortillas and extra lean ground turkey
    D: pistachios, tea, yogurt bar

    I have lost 7 1/2 pounds thanks to you, Sabine...and me...thanks to both of us. <3<3 I have a ways to go...but I am getting there.

    S: popcorn and some mixed nuts

    It sees it as an emoticon, suddenly.

    I changed mine to Di and De since it sees the D and a colon (:) as a sad face.

    Gonna take this coming week to step back a bit. A P1.5 if you will. Last week, given all that was going on, I did let things slide a bit. No gain, just felt a bit complacent. Tmw I'm going to focus on getting the bulk of my foods from phase 1 with 1 or 2 from the phase 2 list. I think this will help nourish me through these coming tough weeks.

    I think that is a good idea. I will say that when our world start falling in all around us, the one thing that helps is controlling what we are eating. Without the reboot that you initiated back in Feb, I would be a mess right now.

    Being good to ourselves ...taking the time to nourish properly can only have good outcomes...mainly, it makes dealing with all the "sh7#" a little more manageable. Hugs to you, friend.
