Gonna take this coming week to step back a bit. A P1.5 if you will. Last week, given all that was going on, I did let things slide a bit. No gain, just felt a bit complacent. Tmw I'm going to focus on getting the bulk of my foods from phase 1 with 1 or 2 from the phase 2 list. I think this will help nourish me through these coming tough weeks.

I think that is a good idea. I will say that when our world start falling in all around us, the one thing that helps is controlling what we are eating. Without the reboot that you initiated back in Feb, I would be a mess right now.

Being good to ourselves ...taking the time to nourish properly can only have good outcomes...mainly, it makes dealing with all the "sh7#" a little more manageable. Hugs to you, friend.

Still in this with you, kiddo. M y little doggie is pretty sick...we are waiting for pathology report ... and I am dealing with horrible bouts of anxiety. Waking up, not being able to breathe...or move. I force myself out of bed...have some tea and then exercise a little on my bike to burn off a layer of that horrible anxious feeling. Should get results back today or Monday latest.

Still eating very SB...not that much of an appetite actually.

    Today's Menu:

B: coffee with frothed skim milk, veggie burger lettuce wrap
    S: green smoothie
    L: ezekiel bean toastadas
    S: apple, sugar snap peas
Di: fish, dark leafy green salad, grilled yellow squash, tomatoes
    De: pistachios, tea, fudge bar

Sabine, I cut the zipp fizz in half. The whole thing was too strong for me. So I now just use one half for a smoothie. Much better.

Thanks so much. That two a.m. wake up call and realizing the reality of it...hurts my heart...so instead of lying in bed...I get up, peddle for thirty and then I am able to relax a little. Better than drugs.

    Hope it all works out.

I've been slacking (not much, just a little) with all my hard work news. But have told hubs I'm buckling down a bit. I haven't gained any, but this (mid-menopause) is NOT the time to slack.

Praying that I found it so early that it has not had time to bother the rest of her body. We'll know more after surgery. I sure hope it is fixable. This little girl took me out of my darkest hours and brought me back to life.

Her vet is very hopeful. A good sign. o:)

I am fat...well, overweight. And I will feel so much better at 130. And furthermore, I am ready to get there and stay there. I move soon...and that pool is calling my name.

Ernestine had surgery yesterday...praying for clean margins and we got all the cancer. In the meantime, she is, in my mind, one healthy little pup (just ignore that cone thing a ma jig on her head)...and we will get through the next two weeks believing she is cancer free. Not wasting one moment with her thinking otherwise. Her support network is amazing...and all her good friends are praying for her...and sending lots of positive vibes...and boy do we appreciate it. o:)<3

    Today's Menu

B: coffee, french toast with jam
    S: green smoothie
    L: salmon and asparagus
    S:
    Di: bean tostada
    De: pistachios, tea, fudge bar
