Watched Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead last year...loved it. Extreme but it worked for him and that was how he reset his body for clean eating. Lots of good tips in there... I pay attention and listen for them, totally inspiring.

Well, now there is a new one..Part 2...reboot. Haha We had a reboot. Excellent. Highly recommend. I love this guy...I take tips wherever I can find them. He also has a facebook page...lots of good stuff coming from Joe! B)

    Today's Menu...very crazy...not much in the house...and no cooking

    B: L/O chicken into a chicken wrap
    L: Ezekiel bean tostado
    D: probably grilled cheese
    De: pistachios, tea, fudge bar

Not great for sure. But tomorrow is moving day...and I am wiped out. I refrained from buying anything frozen.

Up. Way too early The worst packer in history. Even with helpers I did an awful job. I would like to use my sick pup as an excuse but she as a perfect patient Only thing to make for breakfast. Grilled cheese. And coffee. Will get back to something better by tomorrow

I think, given the fact that I'm literally in the throes of menopause (blood tests and lack of regular cycle confirm this), I'm going to need to be a bit more conservative for the time being.
While doing phase 2, the scale has ticked up a bit.
Going to do a 1.5 for a while. smiles. SOME grains, but much less. Lower sugar fruits.
    Very limited wine. Less popcorn.
See if I can get it to tick back down to the lower end of my range.

After a day down with a stomach bug I'm back on track.

Eating a bit more conservatively, as I mentioned. With strategic dessert and wine.

    Hope you're settling in!

Great to hear u r feeling just about back to normal...good job.

Ernestine is dong great...her surgical site is not red at all, seems to be healing nicely...and she is so happy to go for walks...even if she is cone girl. She gets around with that thing quite well...they sure do adapt fast...much faster than us.

We go back next Friday for recheck and hopefully freedom from the C O N E !

But I have good news for you, my SB coach...down another pound. 12 down, 15 to go. Good thing I will be adding another element into the exercise mix...swimming...I start next Friday...keys will go over to old landlady and I will be free and clear to concentrate on living happy here with LME. Little Miss Ernestine.

    Have a super Sunday, Sabine.

PS All those members listed and we are the only ones posting...that boggles my mind.

GM...well, I am officially out of the old place...keys turned in and I am done done and done. Landlady sent me a great little note, saying she appreciated me taking care of the place like it was my own and it sparkled when I left. Except for the non refundable pet deposit of 175, I get my entire deposit back...truly needed to help pay for my pup's surgery.

Alrighty then, I stopped at Costco and with the exception of me not making my own green smoothies (using a premade one from Costco) for now, I am pretty much back to standard P2 fare.

    Today's menu:

B: scrambled eggs, toast and butter, green smoothie
    S: yogurt and jam
    L: salmon, asparagus, apple
    S:
Di: tomato soup, grilled Ezekiel cheese
    De: pistachios and tea

In the end, we didn't have it, yet. We got home from the home repair store starving and just cut up some chicken breast and steamed some veg. Tonight!
