    Not doing well at all. Been severely depressed for months. Truly, trying to work myself out of it. Better eating will help. Also, checking in here daily...and getting into the pool. I AM GOING TODAY! Found out the length...and have my towel, gym bag, water proof ipod charged...all systems go! (oh and ice water for the sauna after the swim...that, too, will help my mood)

    Well the way I feel right now I do not think I'll be going swimming after work I'm falling asleep. :(

    Magic, I'm sorry things are not going well for you. The swim should be a pick-me-up--I hope you get to the pool.

    I'm afraid I've fallen off the SB wagon. I'm trying to right myself starting today. That means checking in and posting, which I have been neglecting. Still a bit overwhelmed by the relocation.

    Today:

    Br.: V8 juice, Kellogg's All-Bran Bran Buds, skim milk, banana
    L: spinach salad, clementine
    Sn: pear/skim mozzarella string cheese
    D: mixed salad, protein and vegetable TBD, whole wheat mini pita, pistachios

    Magic, as long as you get back on track. I learned long ago that lapses are part of the process and shouldn't derail you completely. If you were going somewhere and made a wrong turn, you wouldn't go back home; you would try to right yourself and keep going. Enough cliches :)

    Getting ready to go teach my ESL student. I have one, three times a week...one hour on Tues/Thurs and two on Saturday. She is an accountant...from Colombia...and a delight. A bright spot in my day.

    Not eating "on pattern" but not doing too badly.
    Lunch, today was thai, so some white rice.
    Dinner tonight was buffet so I basically had crab legs and wine. lol

    Extra carrots for lunch. Last chicken patty . Won't buy anymore. Not the best grade on fooducate. Switching to veggie burger don lee farms

    Made it to the pool...I feel great right now. 45 minutes of noodling...and then 15 in the sauna. Wow...I just kept my focus on the present...and it worked. I did come home and took a 15 min snooze right after work. I had been up at 4:15 this morning...so I needed a bit of shut eye. Will keep it going through the weekend. The site you sent me to...did the trick.
