    I got bummed out last night and ate a bunch of KitKats (left over from Halloween).

    I'll try to do better today.

    Haven't been here for a few days. OK, it looks like I just need to NOT HAVE ANY DESSERT. I do not keep to a portion.

    I am going to have pistachios and tea at night. Make it a ritual. NO peanut butter...save my 30 pistachios for late night and eat them slowly. I am posting this here so I do it tonight.

    Up early...working 8 to 8 today. Weekend girl needed off.

    SUCCESS...had thirty pistachios and I did have one vita top as well. NO sugar free ice cream ...which I had been going back and back again for 2nds and 3rds. :'(:o

    I feel like I CAN do this. This can be my dessert! B)

    I've been working through my real world stuff, and am back on track.
    Yesterday:
    br: protein bar and V8
    lu: black bean burrito in a whole grain wrap
    snack: persimmon
    di: filet mignon, a handful of fries, salad

    today:
    br: protein bar and some chia pudding
    lu: big salad, or sushi
    sn: persimmon, jerky
    di: pesto salmon and vegetables

    I've been having trouble sticking to SB consistently, although, luckily, not too much damage has been done. I been managing to have some "good" days in between the not-so-good ones, so I'm not beating myself up over this. Today should be a good one, as will tomorrow, the day before weigh-in ;) .

    Morning all...

    Getting lots of help from Amy's frozen today. Out to dinner tomorrow and sunday. I may go to Sprouts after work and see if I can find a half turkey breast. TJs was carrying them...but then stopped ... no one was buying em cept me.

    Still sticking to my dessert at night...and it is working. Vita top and pistachios. Later, mates.
